JPFITNESS is a "PROUD"sponsor of Mallard Creek Optimist All Star Baseball Team!!

JPFITNESS is heavily influenced by two of the most knowledgable trainers ever in Mike Menzter & Leo Costa Jr                                                                                                                             Most of my programs are designed for people with busy or hectic schedules that still would like to stay in shape.I only train my clients two days a week for one hour & fifteen minutes of that is warmup cardio.quick & intense as I like to call it.we split the body up into two days, train each muscle group to failure one time a week in a low volume form of training.low volume meaning minimal amount of sets.the system is based on how the body reacts to stress.you see the body is always in an adaptive state,it's always trying to releave itself of stress which is a good thing except in weight training & exercise in general where you don't ever want your body to fully adapt because once it adapts then progress slows & eventually comes to a halt.as long as the body is trying to adapt then your seeing results.the same thing happens when you overtrain...your body just gives up. that's why we keep the volume & frequency low.your body needs time to recover from the stress.it's alot more sophisticated as far as ramping up to a certain level of intensity, getting as close as we can to overtraining without actually slipping into it & then backing off or changing gears as I like to call it.it's this phase of the program that is actually called the hypergrowth phase where you gains or results go out the roof!! I started using this type of training about sixteen years ago & weighed only 128lbs & after sixteen years I'm still seeing results of one form or another at a body weight of 228lbs.as far as cardio....we use the same principles..."adaption" never letting the body fully adapt to a certain type of stress.always changing, always increasing intensity until a certain point then changing gears.it's a great program that is result oriented..nothing less.
